Though I wouldn't say copyright isn't the issue, as that deals with profiting from using someone else's IP.  Fighting is Magic was shut down due to the content of the gameplay and JanAnimations is currently in the process of being unblocked.  They already have some video up again.

 

Technically, any unauthorized use of an IP violates copyright law, but they don't pursue it because there it doesn't hurt them. 

 

Hopefully you won't get shutdown though, as it is free and a fan game.
