It has tons of cool little visuals like little bugs that scurry across the floor and drops of water falling from the ceiling and fog effects in certain areas. The game's animations are much smoother now. Everything is more detailed. And yet everyone is complaining just because they decided to use a slightly pixelated art-style. I have no problem with people that are annoyed with the new music (Even though I love it myself) because of how subjective music taste is. I'm just pointing out that it's pretty obvious they don't actually know what they're talking about. If they simply said they didn't like the new art it would be fine. But calling the dev team lazy just because it's slightly pixely because of a design choice, or claiming it isn't detailed is just blatantly wrong. I like the look of Windows 8 too. Though the bugs drive me insane. Most of them are obviously on youtube Cross. Though there are quite a few on the Isaac wiki, and Reddit as well.
