 I have my computer in a back corner facing away from the door. My parents would literally have to walk into my room and back into the corner, then lean over to see the screen.

 

 And the problem I have is that my parents don't trust people online.

It bothers me a lot sometimes. I'm definitely old enough that I'm pretty sure my parents wouldn't be able to do anything on the basis of my age.

 

 But I'm worried they might try to pull the "Our house, Our rules" thing. I'd probably sink into a depression if I couldn't be here anymore.

It's not that. It's that they don't trust people who talk to others online. They're worried I'll give out all our personal info and get kidnapped or something. Which I wouldn't do, and I'm pretty sure none of you are interested in kidnapping me.
