You gotta take his POV into consideration, you know :)
Look, the Bible changed his life. He is probably very sensitive on topics such as the Bible being implemented in video games which, in some way, degrade it. Even if it is just a work of fiction, you have to bear in mind the effects that this Book had on his life.
