I guess I have a similar fear. I've always hated taking medicine. When I was younger I dreaded being ill because I would have to take the medicine. I took it, hated it, but I guess it did it's job.

 It makes me feel awful though. I start shaking, I feel nauseous, I get a headache, the places where they gave me the shots keep feeling like they hurt long after they should have stopped, and I can't stop imagining being stabbed by needles...
