When 11AM strikes the Philippines, the counting will rise significantly, well, at least maybe until 1PM when he rises for work. At that time, a lot of westerlies will be asleep and easterlies ( ) will be busy at work, and those home alone/homeschooled in the east will have to endure the silence of CTAM until 4PM.
