I like making new friends but it takes me a while, sometimes years, to really get to a point where I'll call them and ask to hang. Part of it is my major inferiority complex. Another part is my distrust for humans. What happened to me in my childhood, I have mostly overcome. There are still parts of it that will affect me until they put me in a box and throw dirt in my face.

I think I had real friends only in the first few school classes, since then only people to talk to(No real friend) and the one I tought was a friend only used me

 

so I prefare internet friends

I love face to face interaction. I don't like calling people on the phone. Even my closest friends...we never talk anymore because I don't like talking over the phone. I looooooove the organic feeling of hanging out with real people. LAN parties are among my favorite things. One time my brother brought over his TV and his PS3 and we had a LAN party of 3 in my old apartment with my brother, my roommate, and myself all playing Borderlands 2. 

 

The problem is just meeting people IRL is so much harder than over the internet. It's much more comfortable talking to people here because if something goes wrong, it's much easier to just eject yourself from the situation. If you get started off on the wrong foot IRL......yeah....

I hate interaction that involves actually using your voice. I never used to, but now I can't hold an actual conversation with anyone unless it's through text.

That's probably pretty immature for me to say...

 

Like...if something goes wrong meeting new people IRL, you actually have to deal with that problem and I'd rather not.

I understand what you mean though, with the internet, you can just disappear, and never see someone again, which makes it easier if there's a situation that's awkward, or if you get really mad, you can leave and blame your internet connection later...

I can't deal with problems offline properly.

 

 I can do it online, I can stick around and try to deal with problems here, but offline? Trying my best does nothing, people don't listen to me, or I don't say the right things.

I hate large crowds. Any room with more than 10 people is a large crowd to me unless the room is extremely large such as a ballroom. When I'm in a large crowd situation, I don't talk. I'll sit quietly and observe for hours, but large crowds make me extremely uncomfortable. I wish I had the confidence to mingle...
