You'd have to know the question is "What do you get when you multiply 6 by 9?" But because of an error in the computer's program, the question turned out to be "What do you get when you multiply 6 by 7?" 

 

In base 13, though, 6 by 9 does equal 42. 

 

This is why I want to read the books.
