Nothing now.

 

 But earlier my network % was going up because of something, and it was causing my Avast antivirus to take up a bunch of CPU, making it slower. Logging out and back in seems to have fixed the problem though, since it's not happening now.

I'd assume so. It happened a few days ago too, but restarting/disconnecting and reconnecting usually seems to fix it...

 

 Not sure what to do about it other than that.
