I can understand why if the ages are off too much it would be creepy, but an adopted brother and sister being incest just seems.....

Think it kinda depends. If the adoption was at a young age it might count as "Mental Incest" or something like that. But if they were adopted a bit later and it happened I don't think it'd really count...

 

 Either way, wouldn't really have a problem with it.
