Hey, there's nothing wrong with K-frames and FWD lol They make for lighter cars, and that helps to make FWD easier on gas. It's also a lot easier to come out of an understeer situation than an oversteer situation. The only problem I have with FWD is power delivery. You can't have a 500 hp FWD car. You'll never put it all on the ground.

The magic number is 300 hp. Any more than that, and power won't transfer.

Reason being is because there is little to no weight transfer with a FWD car. A RWD car, and even AWD/4WD cars can transfer the power and weight down the length of the body.
