English is the third most spoken language in the world, second only to Spanish and Mandarin. So I've heard. So yeah. To say a lot of people speak English would be an accurate observation lol

To be honest, I am not that bad in speaking Filipino, I can definitely speak it, albeit a bit fragmented and even resorting to English words when I fail to remember the Filipino equivalent of the next word in line, Taglish ika nga ( ), to the point of at least people understanding it, though at the cost of slight embarrassment...

 

But yeah, I can say that I am much more fluent in English than Filipino, especially compared to the average Filipino people. Anyway, I still have lots of time to improve my Filipino...
