You need to talk to her about it again. Tell her it's not happening. Yeah, it'll make her sad, but if you really don't think it could ever work out under any circumstance you need to tell her that.

 

 Honesty is the best policy in this case. But let her know you're still her friend and she can still talk to you if needed.
