Well, technically, if you are referring to some of the earlier betas of Windows 98 codename "Memphis", and the original name of Windows 98 if it were released earlier (presumably as a bugged out build similar to Me and Vista), but there wasn't a real Windows 97 like ever. There was only 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 3.1, 95, 98 and Me when it comes to the DOS-based Windows...

oh its fine its just a heated debate whether 97 even existed at all it did but it wasent and operating system it was just a bunch of updates to 95 they named to 97  the same way windows xp had different service packs on it

i dont think windows 8 is crap but i dont like it because its design was for touch screens i dont see why you can put it on a desktop 

 

i think its the same with all windows though they try something new people hate it then the make a new one thats the fixed version of the one before
