Sometimes I have a very odd stomachache that lasts a few days. I'm not sure what it is...it may actually be sprained stomach muscles, and not an ache at all...

 I actually had to go to the hospital because my stomachaches got that bad and lasted that long. Turns out my intestines had somehow twisted into a corkscrew.

Ugh, that sounds unpleasant. Still, whenever I have them, laying down for a bit will stop the pain. If I get up, though, the pain will come back.

My parents are against going to doctors unless it's a necessity, though.

Well, I got surgery, spent more than a week in the hospital, and had a tube jammed down my nose and throat.

 

 Then I had to go back and do it all again a few months later, when my intestines just naturally twisted themselves all over again.
