I just ran Prime95 on this thing to test it out. Now, before, I wouldn't dare to do that. But now, the hottest it got was 69 degrees holding it up in the air. Now I put it down on my desk because that was the most realistic situation. The fan is a little more restricted there so I wanted to see what would happen. The hottest recorded temperature was 73 degrees. Bear in mind that even though this is a 1.4 GHz Intel i3 dual core, the fan in this thing is pathetic. My old HP laptop had a far superior cooling system with a more powerful fan and more heat pipes. This thing is a single heat pipe connected to a few fins at the fan's exhaust. And that's literally it. Of course, my old HP had a 2.8 GHz AMD CPU that tended to run much hotter anyway. The point is that this thing has the saddest cooling solution I've ever seen in a laptop yet it only hit 73 degrees under full load running Prime95 for about 10 minutes. I'm pretty impressed, to tell the truth. 

 

My old laptop's TJ Max was about 104 degrees, and when I was trying to run Skyrim on it, it'd push 95 degrees. This laptop I have now has a TJ Max at around 90. So to have it running 75 degrees just messing around on the forums wasn't very settling to me.

This honestly is pretty slow for this thread. CTAM, in the past, has moved so fast before. We have, at times, finished a whole page in under 10 minutes. We're talking a new post every 20 to 40 seconds. And that's only the tip of the iceberg. Some people have, in the past, speed posted, where we try to get a new post in less than ten seconds after the previous post was made. Techniques have included software solutions that auto refresh a page when a new post is made or spamming F5 (like what I am guilty of)

Yesh. But this was over six months ago. And I was honestly looking for a way out myself. I was probably going to dump her if she didn't do it. I still liked her, but it just wasn't working. So the fact that we both wanted out just made it easier. It still sucked. But we ended it amicably and we aren't enemies though I wouldn't go as far to say as we're still close friends because we haven't talked much at all since then. I don't think she's a bad person, and I promise she won't have anything bad to say about me. It was just one of those relationships that neither of us saw working out in the end. I think the best word I can use to describe it is "forced." I think we were trying to turn it into something it wasn't. Breaking up sucks, but I'm sure it was the best decision for the both of us going forward. I think if we kept it going, it would have ended up getting uglier so it's really not a bad thing. 

 

I just don't really have any business calling her. Even if it is her birthday. 

 

And yes, Rorri. No speedposting lol I'm probably going to be getting off in about 15 minutes anyway.
