At the end of the video, he was moving 2.3 million miles per hour. That's about 38,000 miles/second. Lightspeed is 186,000 miles per second. So he's going about 21% lightspeed. 

 

We may have found the key to travelling interstellar distances.....

The creators of that game were clearly onto something, something our primitive minds couldn't possibly perceive. All we saw was a poorly put together truck game, when in reality it was a message... A discovery... We were the fools all along!!!
