When someone lists something on eBay as "Brand New" but in the description it says, "Has only been used a few times; in mint condition," and there is no shrinkwrap on it in the photograph.... -_-

 

That's not Brand New. That is Used. That is Like New. Do not list a used item as Brand New when it has been opened. Once something has been opened, it is no longer a new good.
