Story should be around 90%. Besides of those "Old missions with special circumstances", there should be like 3 real missions left. I think 43, 45 and 46. 42, 44, 47-50 are just the old missions

46 seems to be a secret mission, where you have to do some stuff to get it, kinda like the last PW mission, so far I heard

well, secret enough to not even get mentionnedv in the strategy guide

Maybe, but the 4th ending was "Leaked" because even with the game being out for a little while now, nobody had  apparently gotten it. Or at least not posted it online.

 

 So, I'm wondering if this game has two or more "Peace Walker" endings where the game keeps going anyway.
