Well, if "decimal" is said, then I don't think it's important what you think of, but electronics mostly use '.' anyway...

It's just in programming ' ' is used for chars (1 character) and " " is used for strings (multiple characters)

 

Oh yeah, was driving 5 hours highway...

Monday 3 hours driving at night and then I did all necessary lessons and can do the exam and get my license
