I was just thinking back. I've been through surgery a few times. I always liked being anesthetized. It's the only time I could count to ten and fall asleep before ever making it to five.

 

Usually, I can count to ten and fall asleep by the time I make it to 33,854 unless I've been awake for a long time.

Haha I've been that way a long time now.

 

I also wake pretty easily.

 

Did I ever mention the time I was awoken at 4 am by a smoke alarm going off a block away? I called the police department and the fire crew came out. There was a legit fire in there. I got a call back about two hours later telling me I probably saved the kid's life.

 

What perplexes me is how I was the only person who heard it because I could guess my apartment was about 50 - 70 meters from the one on fire. ._.
