Mantle as in dismantle

"After last night's party I need to mantle the house"

...after last night's party I need to put the house back together

Not all words behave like that. Some simply do not have a counterpart.

As seems to be the case with dismantle. Mantle, as far as I was able to find out means "to cover with a mantle" or similar, but never "to put smth back together".

I've rarely used mantle referencing a covering, my main use has been in the context of the earth's mantle

I came across a blocked video, changed content location from Germany to USA and now I can watch it
Why block things in the first place when I can unblock them without any extra tools now?

Weird - I'm able to see that the videos are there, but when I try to watch them, I still get the "The uploader has not made this video available in your country" message -_-
