Okay, I would love to chat to her before she leaves for her trip (I leave on the 27th) because it's the last time we get to talk to each other for the year and considering the year I had, gotta hope we make the most out of it. She's probably the closest friend I have and when she isn't around, things don't go well for me. :/

The only jobs I'm working are family businesses, I still have not gotten a proper job yet for like 7 months now.

We're both taking a break from chatting from the time being, I guess it's for the best for both of us. I still like her though, she's great. 

Well, you did openly ignored me in the past and you treated me like you know what, so that explains my mood right now. If people get along with me well, then you know that I am a great person to be around with.

My personal issues have gotten the better of me so it would be better if we just had some space, she said it would be better in the long term, I guess she was right, She stuck around me the whole time and she still wants to be friends with me so I'm grateful for that. 

Still planning to visit her one day, presumably in her country.

It happened before that, when I started talking to her more here and you just chose to stop talking to me, but whether it was your decision or Swirls' decision for you to talk to me today, thanks for that.

No, it really was my decision. Because you said something like "I wish things would change for me" recently, and that's when I wanted to say something (but didn't)

Now, if you want things to change - I think - you need to make the change happened, no matter how hard it is. Change won't just come from nowhere. Like you say how you find it hard to talk to new people and so. I can understand that, I'm like that too (although maybe not as much?) - but reality is, if you want to have more friends, and talk to more people - you'll also have to talk to new people.

So, idk, go out there. Go to community events or anything. And even if it isn't you who starts talking to someone else, at least you're putting yourself in a spot where someone might come towards you.

I saw a couple of people in a topic (don't remember which one.) and the fact that they were happy with each other and me having no-one to be around with, that made me lose it, I'm not exactly proud of that. :/

It's probably too late to do something this year as I already had plans for the rest of the month, but we'll see what happens next year, I really don't want to be stuck in this situation forever, in the meantime, I guess I still have the forums and Discord to do something until next year.

Well, next year is the time where I can get my license, once I get that, I can now go to places on my own.

2018 had been a bad year for me as a whole but if I can have it end on a good note, then that's good enough for me.
