No, it's not good enough.

 

The main reason is we know nothing about your character. Her personality is a complete mystery to anyone who reads that. Plus what you have here is not even a backstory. There is no development, you just jump straight to when she falls into the crack, and all we learn about her is she is willing to throw her jewelry at any random mugger.

 

What does she do? In what kind of place does she live? What is her relationship with her family? Does she have any friends? What is/was her job, or did she not even have one? What was she on her way to do when she was attacked by the random mugger? Most of these questions, and many more, should be answered in regards to any characters backstory.

 

All your ponies lack any sort of character development, which is essential to a good OC. Without character development, you don't really have a character at all.
