Well, not the same way. I maintained the concept of the welcome posts the same throughout most of my welcome posts, but I tried to make them as diverse as possible.

And new members really felt welcomed

well, i know that the rules say that you have to be diverse and stuff, and that your welcome post needs to be something that has to do with the actual post the new member made. tough if you tried to be diverse, why would they do such an harsh punishment? 

i think the ban shouldn't have been perma, tough i guess the mod had an good reason i'm not seeing? :/
