Hello Filly!

 

 Alright. You play as a boy named Isaac as he explores through his basement. Trying to escape from his psychotic religious mom who wants to sacrifice him to god. Isaac's basement is filled with flies, spiders, zombie creatures, and demons. All Isaac has to defend himself are his own tears which he can shoot as projectiles.

 

 The entire game is randomly generated. So it's different whenever you play. Different enemies, rooms, bosses, items and other various things. If you die you have to start all over from the beginning again.

Snapp it's a single character from a single game. It doesn't represent anything but that one person. And there are people in real life who have sacrificed their children "In the name of God".

 

 Also, it's important to point out that we don't even know if that's what's actually happening. The game takes place in Isaac's mind. Everything in the intro could be completely false.

 But the game's story is really not a traditional one. It's sort of just told through items and small between-floor cutscenes and we aren't sure how much is real and how much isn't. Edmund has only confirmed a few small details here and there.
