Just look at me: I'm an absolute mess, filled with psychological issues, medical problems, and a horrible personality. I just put a face on, do a little song and dance, and try to hide it. I tell people all the time to embrace who they really are, yet I don't do the same.

You're no more stupid or ignorant than anyone else here. Just look at me. I'm paranoid and panic really easily, am almost incapable of functioning outside of this computer room, am terrified of being judged by others offline, have no motivation to do a lot of things I should do, etc.

 

 Yeah. You've overreacted to some things. And you've probably got some other flaws. But that's really no different than anyone else here. You're our friend and you having a few bad moments isn't going to change that, when we know there's more to you than that.

Smash, we all have things that we don't like about ourselves, things that we hide, and the like, everyone has faults, we just have trouble seeing others faults because they're hidden from view, which is really the only reason anyone can ever think that they're worse than anyone else.
