 Now I'm freaking scared. I might have to go get a shot myself. I'm terrified of needles, absolutely terrified of them.

 I've been bitten and scratched by cat's plenty of times though. Never had a problem with that.

Yeah, maybe you could get it checked out, but I don't know how rare infections are from dog bites. I think you'll be ok, maybe keep an eye on it over the next few days to see if the wound changes.

Tetanus is usually contracted through metal piercing skin. I don't see how that would be an issue.
