It is what it is. Better if I call her while I'm on lunch tomorrow so I can explain the situation.

 

I really need to open my own checking account so she doesn't get to see that shit. I mean, she opened a savings account for me when I was 16 and I started saving for college....ugh....really it's all a complicated thing and I'm not really mad about the money because it's not that much left in there after college and I'm not gonna let a matter like money screw up the relationship I have with her. But the thing is that if I'm not keeping my checkbook 100% up to date and not get lax on it, I'm irresponsible. For fuck's sake, I'm only 22 and I'm trying.

 

I like my hometown bank. Even though it's 2 hours away, I like it. The people there know me and I've been banking with them for about 7 years now. But yeah. It took them a month to get my rent check. I don't know if that's because the property owners were slow on getting it cashed or if it's because my bank recently upgraded their systems to DOS computers, replacing the old abacus they had there.  

 

 

But it's okay. I went on a GTA rampage and I'm fine now. I'll just play this by ear.
