Frost grinned. "Im in dorm room 46," he said pointing in the general direction of his dorm room "Hopefully lots to discuss." he said feeling happy still over the fact he had met somepony who was also an engineer like him. "This school just gets better by the minute." he thought as he put his blueprints away.

"Oh, cool! I'm in dorm number 42, just a few doors down. You wanna hang out after lunch at all?" Nova asked.

"Yea...I was actually..." Nova's voice trailed off for a moment as he took a bite of his lunch. I bet it's really weird waking up every day with the knowledge that there are countless numbers of ponies who are avid fans of your mother. Nova thought to himself. "Well I personally wouldn't want to be able to read minds...because then...well...obviously you'd be able to know what everypony is thinking. I feel that sometimes there are things I'm better off not knowing. What's life without a bit of mystery?" Nova asked with a hint of playfulness in his eyes.

I know this is getting completely off topic, but I like to hope that one day I'll be an apprentice of love to Princess Cadance. I'm a lot like her. We both spread love wherever we go. Even though I don't have a horn, I still believe I have some sort of magic inside of me that just...spreads love."

Frist nodded at the idea of them hanging out. "Yeah that sounds awesome!" he said with excitement thinking about all the ideas they could share and come up with, but Lightings scream startled him.

Nova looked thoughtful for a moment. "Hmm...that must be an interesting quality to have. I didn't know that was something 'apprenticable'. Do you ever find it to be a nuisance at times?" He asked.

Dark Soul, that's the name of the voice in my head. It makes fun of me all the time. It mostly makes fun of me for being an orphan though...So please, don't be angry with me, just believe me. I want to be your marefriend. I like you, a lot. The voice is just something we can both ignore." You bucking flank! Celestia, do you know how much I have done for you? Keen Newhoof adjusted his saddlebag as he arrived at the university. "Oh man, I'm so late! Why did we have to get fast food?" Keen exclaimed to himself as he galloped to Cloudsdale U. He gazed up at the enourmous building. It was amazing! His mouth dropped in awe. All he said was, "Wow..." He walked into the building. "Alright, so dorm #22... It should be about here," He said as he unlocked his dorm and walked in. "Well, better set up quick, I'm going to need to get studying. I don't want to lose my straight A reputation!" he said to himself. He opened his bag, set his books on a desk, along with a stack of papers and a few pencils. He then closed his door and walked to the library. Or at least, where he thought it was. "Wow, this place sure is big! Hope I don't get lost," he said. He wondered what the other students were like.

*speaks in fake british accent* "Oh that is very kind of you to offer, but I was planning to order some iced tea." Lighting smiles, and stickes her tounge out in a goofy doty of way. Lighting sits down in the seat she was in before, and looks up at Frost. "You gonna sit doen or what?"

Nova gave Epic a blank look. "Umm...what's a...oh! You mean mare or coltfriend, right? In that case...no...I've never had a marefriend before." Nova looked dejected. "There's probably a good reason for it. I live a different life than most ponies do. I tend to spend a lot of my time working on my inventions while most pegasi my age would be perfecting flying maneuvers or trying to pursue a more noble career. I fool around with machinery like some sort of weird cross between a unicorn and earth pony. Only I'm neither of those things."

Frost followed Lighting back into the cafeteria and retook his previous seat. "Sorry, I'm just lost in thought right now." he replied awkwardly, but it was true. He had only spent mabey a couple of hours at the school and already had a group of friends, a engineering partner, and a marefriend. He thought glancing over at Lighting. "It's going to be a good year." he thought to himself

"So where do we get our food? I'm starving." Lightning Nova leaned back in her seat, and turned up the beat the slightest bit on her headphones, trying to ignore the voice in her head yelling; COULD YOU TURN THAT DOWN?! I HATE THIS SONG! WHY COULDN'T YOU LISTEN TO DJPON-3 OR SOMETHING!

Epic sighed, "I'm always trying to find the perfect stallion. I'm always dating a different guy like every two months. Some mean mares at my high school called me a tramp and a whorse. But, I can never find the right guy. Part of why I'm always dating somepony different is for experimental studies." She looked around awkwardly and said, "Would you, maybe, wanna go out with me? This isn't for experiment, I promise." Epic Rainbow smiled awkwardly.

Frost pushed over an extra apple he had gotten from the lunch counter. "You can have my apple of you want. I'm not really that hungry." he said with a grin as he put his headphones back on and tried to find a new song in his vast viraity of dubstep and techno songs.

He decided to take out his laptop and browse the internet.
