Frost smiled and shook the mares hoof. "Hi, it's nice to meet you Snowglobe. All I can say is welcome to our little ragtag posse." he said with a smile as he turned to Lighting and kissed her. "I trust that your nap was wonderful sweetie." he said in a goo goo type tone.

"Yes it was, thank you. And yours was as well? I saw you jerk awake earlier." Lightning smiled at Frost, and put her front-left hoof around Frost's shoulder. Lightning looked at Snowglobe. "Basically we are just a bunch of misfits sitting at a table, counting myself of course."

"That's an awesome talent! I just have a talent for flying, that's nothing special." It really isn't, considering that your terrible at it. I bet if you showed them those flying tricks of yours, they would run off and find new friends. Why hasn't that frost guy dumped you yet? Ooh! I bet he is going to do it in public! He wants to make you cry-I haven't seen you cry in ages! This'll be a laugh!

"Flying? That's awesome! I've tried levitating myself to see how it feels... It didn't turn out good..." She said. "Why do you say it ain't special?" Snowglobe wondered. Flyin' has always looked cool... "Hey!" She exclaimed as the colt shook her hoof. "Thanks! Nice to meet you to... erm...   Frost!" She replied. Why do I end up forgetting this guy? I must memorize their names!

"Flying? That's awesome! I've tried levitating myself to see how it feels... It didn't turn out good..." She said. "Why do you say it ain't special?" Snowglobe wondered. Flyin' has always looked cool... "Hey!" She exclaimed as the colt shook her hoof. "Thanks! Nice to meet you to... erm...   Frost!" "Because it's a talent most pegasi get as their cutie marks. I sometimes wish I had discovered my talent in something a bit more educational, like writing or math." Lightning sighed. "I'm going to go practice, I have flying class and I want to do my best. If you guys want to come watch you are completely welcome to.''

Frost looked at the clock on his IPod and nodded. "I've got nothing to do until a few hours from now, so yeah I'll come watch." he said looking at Lighting and smilied. He could watch almost all of practice, but would have to chat with Vinyl and Tavi about his first day. Who knows mabey he could introduce Lighting after practice.

Lightning flew off to the football field, and started her stretches. She did 45 wing-ups and streched out her hoofs. "Okay, here we go..." Lightning shot into the air.

Frost smiled as Lighting flew off and looked at the rest of the group. "Anypony coming I'll meet you there." he said as he preformed a teleportation spell to put him on the top row of the bleachers so he could watch his marefriend do her practices. "She is strong, talented, and beautiful. What else could a stallion ask for." he thought to himself as he watched Lighting zip through the air.

Frost smiled as Lighting flew off and looked at the rest of the group. "She is strong, talented, and beautiful. What else could a stallion ask for." he thought to himself as he watched Lighting zip through the air.

Lightning Nova did a divebomb, paused in midair-and did a ballet twirl that made a tornado around her body. It took a minute for Lightning to recover from the tornado, but she quickly started up her practice again by spelling out her name in the sky.

Tounge tied looked around for somepony to talk with, she was feeling very chatty and needed to expel it, the light blue mare, troted around campus, As loneliness crept up in the mares body, she felt her eyes brim with tesrs, she hated to be alone

"Hey Snowglobe and Keen! How are you both doing on this mighty fine day? I take it you're both new to university? Don't worry, this is the first year for a lot of us here, too. What courses will you ponies be taking?" He glanced at Epic for a moment. "Hey, are you goin' anywhere?" Nova pushed Epic playfully with his hooves.

Keen looked over at Nova. "Oh, hey there! I'm sorry, I can't quite remember your name... Nova Flyer, right? Yeah, I haven't been here too long but I've gotten to know a few ponies already. I still haven't gotten a chance to talk with you or Epic Rainbow yet. Oh, also, I'm going to be learning about advanced math, physics, and a few other things. I can't remember some of them because I'm just so excited to be learning here, with so many nice ponies!"

Epic Rainbow laughed and replied, "What do you mean? I'm just eating an apple and drinking soda." She held up her food and beverage with her hooves. She took a sip of soda. "Anyway, I don't believe I've met you ponies. "I'm Epic Rainbow. You can call me Epic, though."

"Well I know that..." Nova chuckled,"I meant after you're done here. You got any plans at all? If not, I think we should go watch Lightning. You know, show our friend some support." Then he looked at Snowglobe and Keen. "You two are welcome to come along as well, of course." Nova smiled.

Wait, why am I thinking about that now? Snowglobe thought. "Yeah I'm new here! I actually just arrived a while ago!" She shot a smile over at Nova and Keen. I'm not going to be able to memorize all the names.

" Eh?" Ah so. This pony...? Epic Rainbow if I recall well...What did she just say? Hmm... Oh yeah.

"Watch Lightnin'? Can I come?" Snowglobe smiled, Now I can see her tricks with all of 'em! Sounds awesome! Snowglobe laughed. "I'm sure she was just kiddin' when she said it wasn't anything special..."

Epic laughed awkwardly. "Oh," she said. "I knew that...but anyway, I for one think that that is a brilliant idea. We should definitely go support Lightning! She'll be so grateful. Plus, I love watching ponies flying. My mom, Principal Dash, gets me tickets to the Wonderbolt Derby every year for my birthday! It's held right around my birthday."

"Of course she was just kidding!" Nova replied to Snowglobe. "I'm sure she's a great flyer...how else can you have flying as your special talent?" He then addressed the rest of the table. "Alright, so it's settled then. Let's all go see Lightning; I'm sure she'd love that."

"Youre the principals daughter?" Snowglobe was surprised. "Id love to see Lightin' lets go?" She asked the ponies at her table. "I'm sure, as Nova says, that Lightnin' would love it if we were there to support her!" Snowglobe smiled at the ponies around her. So nice, these guys are so nice!

Dex Walked by. Bumping into Epic and dropping his gaming device. "oops! Im sorry" he said as he bent down to pick it up "hey.Could any of you tell me where dormitory #30 is? I can't seem to find it anywhere.sorry where are my manners My name is Dex! nice to meet you."

"Hey Dex, My name is Snowglobe, nice to meet you!" Snowglobe smiled at the stallion. "The dormitories are over there." Snowglobe pointed at the direction where the dormitories were. Snowglobe looked over at the ponies in the table. "So, we going for Lightin'?

Keen looked over at Dex. "Oh, hi there! My name's Keen Newhoof, but you can call me keen." Keen thought for a moment. "Oh, you're in dorm #30, That's pretty close to mine. I'm in dorm #22. Maybe we could chat sometime and get to know each other." Keen looked to Snowglobe and said, "I'm not too sure what everypony else is going to do, but sure, I'll go see Lightning practice."

OOC~ Epic Rainbow is in the cafeteria, Dex she's not anywhere near the dorms... 

 

IC~ Epic looked up at the stallion. "Umm," she said. "We're nowhere near the dorms. The dorms are two blocks away that way." She pointed in the direction of the dorms with her hoof. She then took a bite of her apple.

"Yes Snowglobe, we should get going to see Lightning now." Nova said. "We don't want to miss the whole practice now, do we?" He then looked at Dex. "Hey there Dex, nice to meet ya. We're all heading to watch a friend of ours do some flying practice, so once you find your dorm and get settled in you're certainly free to join us." He smiled.

Epic threw out her empty soda cup and her apple core. "Come on, everypony," she said. "Flying practice is about to start." She started flying towards the door with Nova, Snowglobe, and the rest following. "She opened the door and flew towards the flying track.

Frost looked over to see Epic and the group coming over to the field. He waved and called over to them. "Hey guys you made it! Come sit over here." he said patting the empty bleacher seats around him as he turned back to his marefriend. "Come on Lighting.....dazzle me!" he laughed

Lightning smiled down at her friends, and waved at them. She sped up and did a jump while she was flying, and still manged to keep her speed. She smiled, and did something that surprised her friends- She flew upside down backwards. Lightning smiled at the jaw-dropped crowd and shot up into the air, doing  various advanced twirls.
