gaming Hackers on Call of Duty: WaW and MW1

Call of Duty 4:Modern Warfare used to be a great game with legitimate servers. For a few years however, there has been a bunch of hackers who don't play the game fair, and use aimbots, Wallhack, etc. The situation has only got worse in World a War.

 

 

I have made a thread asking for us to start playing again and report EVERY hacker we see. We won't be able get rid of all of them, but we would see a LOT less. I hope that if anyone is interested, we can reduce the amount of hackers we see.

I love the WAW multiplayer, but there as, as you said, way too many damn hackers. I report all the ones I see, but it doesn't seem to help a whole bunch.

i would absolutely love to help with this. one problem tough, i have no more access to the online multiplayer thanks to tha hackers.

when you start out in MW1 you begin as a LVL1 right?

well that hacker made me a LVL 0. now i do not meet the required level to get on the online modus

I play COD 4 on the PC on Steam.

I haven't encountered many hackers (only 3 ones that I knew were hacking anyways.)

It's weird because everyone says there are tons of hackers and I don't see any.

Even on the 360 version of both games, hackers are everywhere.. sadly, no one moderates them anymore. I cant say i blame them though. I rarely find hackers on MW2 though.. and when i do, its once in a while in Ground War.

I hate that hacker crap, which is why I stopped playing WaW for good, was fun while it was good though.

 

So I've moved on to Battlefield 3 for a long time now. Tiny bits of Black Ops 2 here and there but that got boring after awhile.

Oh, World at War. So many memories with me and my friends.

Blowing enemies legs off with bouncing betty's, zombies, TANKS.

 

Then the horde came..the horde..of ASSHOLES!

These assholes ruined a relatively good Call of Duty game.

 

Right as i join a game, i'm greeted by people flying around the map with fully-automatic-

Panzershreck's. It isn't fun anymore. I just want to have fun, not be hacker-bait.

O_O It's been SO long since I have played those two games it's not even funny. I haven't played those games in like 5 years. I have heard about the hackers especially in World At War and I am too scared to even play that game online anymore because of them. LOL

CoD 4 has hackers? Strangly enough, I NEVER see hackers on CoD 4. But WaW, I'm literally scared to play Multiplayer on THAT game.

Nothing discourages me more from playing a game like WaW than unloading an entire STG-44 clip into an enemy at point blank range, and he doesn't die because he has invincibility going on. That's cheating and it ruins the game.

Hackers and Glitchers just love to ruin the classic games that we all know and love. But, it's impossible to enjoy a game that you love when there are hackers cheating with hacks on the game. It just ruins the experience, I'm pretty sure that MW2 has hackers too. I don't blame them for not moderating the old games since, the hackers always find a way to piss us off.

Slightly off topic in respect to CoD, but relevant to hacking.

 

But I feel one of my most favourite games has finally fallen victim to the hackers and glitchers as well... Red Dead Redemption.

 

Flying people, super speed, some other crap, and I believe I've encountered cases of invincibility as well. It made me very sad. *sigh*

That's because Steam takes care of Hackers. Consoles are different, since they usually quit paying attention to games after awhile.

all too often I see this....I haven't played WaW or MW1 in years.....but I encounter hackers and boosters in Black Ops 2 and MW3. Even MW2. there's hackers in all the CoD games basically, because they want to "be good" and get all their precious titles and emblem unlocks and get their high killstreaks every game....which ruins the game.

 

 

I just wish I would get a message from Xbox or the game saying "We have found and dealt with the hacker/booster, Thank you for reporting them" would give me some closure....I report any and all hackers/gltichers/boosters. Hell Iahve asaved recordings of some on my youtube..

I've started listing legit hackers in my profile.. well i've written down their names and ill add it soon. If microsoft doesn't deal with them.. ill put their names out in the open its not against any rules.. so im OK
