suit for the formal/prom

hey guys im not sure this is on the right place but what ever 

 

i just got a suit for my grade 12 formal in November and i wanted your opinions on the suit ive got

 

( i have not bought the tie as im still trying to match it with my dates dress)

Well, you can't go wrong with charcoal gray, its not too formal, but not too casual, just the right amount for a high school dance. (Thanks for reminding me actually, I need to get a new suit too, my old one is way too small for this coming year, and Homecomings only 2 months away! I probably would've forgotten without seeing this! Thanks man!)

 

But yeah, it looks like a good fit. The good thing about gray suits is that, unlike black suits, they don't whitewash your skin when you wear them. That's always a plus. One note, if that is a two button suit, I always thought it was just the top button that you button. Who knows, whatever feels better.

I would suggest getting another tie. It's nice the one you have there, but I honestly believe it doesn't fit properly with the suit. The grey side pretty much blends in with the shirt.

 

I would suggest a plain colour tie, though with a charcoal shirt you don't have many options. Maybe going without a tie could work just as well.

I for one think you look great! I know this is really old and all but I really do think you looked great man! and I'm sure you where getting a lot of chicks looking your way :P
