The last mission of Halo: CEA and Halo 3. I love the Warthog Run so much, and when the music starts playing... it is just amazing! It is one of the best endings to a game series ever.

 

Another chapter I love is the battle against Red in Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver, when his theme starts playing, you know he means business...

My favorite parts of a game are ones where you are basically unstoppable. I love the feeling of tearing through my enemies and watching them panic when I use my super awesome abilities. For example:

 

-The last level of The Darkness during the eclipse.

-The part where you become a giant in Alice: Madness Returns.

-The first part of Prototype.

- Pretty much all of Diablo 3 with the Wizard (on easy mode at least).

I guess I have a power complex or something.

 

I also love a good cinematic boss fight like all the boss fights from Castlevania: Lords of Shadow.

I'm gonna have to go with world 4 from Mario 3. The big world is nostalgic awesomeness at it's finest. World 5 is cool too cause you get to use the boot.

 

If we're going with something a bit newer, I guess I'll go with Fort Frolic from Bioshock. Sander Cohen's level just had a certain charm that really stuck with me.

 

Special mention to the train level from Uncharted 2, Ravenholm from Half Life 2, and the first few dungeons from Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past before you go to the dark world. Also I kinda wanna mention Metroid somewhere... lets go with the part where you fight that underwater boss and you can electrocute him by letting him grab you linking your grappling hook to the electrical outlet, or perhaps the fight with Kraid.
