request I need some Help

Hey guys, I know this is a brony site but you guys are amazingly creative and my humanoid OC does need some serious love.

So, I've written about 4, I think, novels and I know that 3 of them are her story. But I only have the one picture of her and my insane collection of her wings, because thats all I'm able to draw. So I need some sort of illustration of her to show publishers and that. 

I'm willing to pay for anybody who wants to do her but I'm only limiting cash because of life and that, so if you could do it for free I would love you to death.

Its what one of my friends drew after he read one of the description in the books so it's pretty close to what I see her as but of course its his interpretation. I believe the picture he drew was of when she was captured and used for experimentation. 

So I would like to say now.

The dragon/demon wing isn't that dark, its a lighter shade of green.

She is a female.

Claws for hands and her hair is more flowing than spiky.

I would love it to death if you guys were able to help me out. I do really need something more than that for her and you guys are the most creative being I've ever known.
