You can be related by blood on by legal terms, for example: Step mum, Step brother, Mother in Law, Ect. If i were a pony, I'd be related to apple family by blood, I'd be other of the various cousins. Shanks 10,816 September 1, 2013 Share September 1, 2013 I am going to say Rarity because I don't want to blow my chances with Applejack or Twilight and I would probably either be a unicorn or an earth pony (preferably unicorn) so I think I am going with Rarity particularly a cousin of hers. I have almost nothing in common with her but not every family member is the same, Sweetie is Rarity's sister and they are very different from each other. I'd probably also have a little 'Apple family blood in me, aswell. I'd be a cousin, or aunt. One of those. And, I honestly think I would have some of 'Lyra in me, if I were a unicorn. I probably wouldn't be as good a flyer as Rainbow Dash is, but I think if she's trying to have Dash as essentially a sister, she'd be happy with having actual real family to look up to as well.
