"You really are weak-minded! I know you and you know me. I may seem confusing, but this is no game." The Dark Lord smirked as he looked at Manechilles. "This is the end of time! Isn't it glorious?! Your rage makes you strong, Manechilles. Join me, I will strengthen your mind, and we can control time itself!" The Dark Lord shouted.

Strength? Power?...but there was something missing. "You ask me to join you? You may offer me power, but can you fulfill my ambition? I seek revenge upon the earth ridden kind! I want my rank restored! I want my legions!" Manechilles' pride and lust shown through in his voice as he imagined the armies he used to lead. The memory of his sworn revenge almost forgotten, now revived. "I care little for time! Give me my revenge, and I shall be your servant forever!"

"If revenge is what you seek, revenge is what you shall get. All the armies at darkness are yours to command!" The Dark Lord shouted. "Stick with me, and we will control time and space, make the Earth-ridden ones fall to their knees!" Said the Dark Lord as he walked toward Manechilles. The Dark Lord threw off his cloak, to reveal a black pegasus with purple and black hair. It was The Lord of Darkness himself, Darkspine.

Zycrin used an old ability of his to locate where Manechilles was, he found him qiute easly and started to travel to his location, not telling any of the other about his discovery. He walked for some time before reaching what seemed to be a large tower, and Zycrin could feel somthing very evil from within the tower itself. "Well, Look at this place, it quite a sight to see. So if my magic is correct, which it is, you must be in charge around here. I gotta say, I love what you have done with Equestria. Also, hello Manechilles. So, what is this all about, why did you make is so we could find you with ease, but the others could not"? Zycrin wanted answers, and he thought who better than the person who appers to be in charge.

 

((Zycrin has the magic to learn about ponies by using a simple form of sense skill, and has unparralleled deduction skills, he can figure almost anything out without much trouble most of the time))

"A pegasi?" Manechilles was taken aback greatly. "There's something about you...that appears, familiar..." he studied Darkspine for a moment before turning to Zycrin of whom he did not expect to have followed him. "You...earth ridden...followed...What is this non-sense?" Quickly he turned back to Darkspine, "I will gladly accept your offer kinsmen...but...why is he here?" Manechilles glared at Zycrin.

Zycrin glared at Manechilles, not saying a word to him. Zycrin could see that this pony had a dislike of all things that where earth bound like himself, but how he was going to use this information was a puzzle, but for now Zycrin just had to keep his cool for the more he knows about a pony the more damage he can do.

"You both share the powers of darkness. Look at your arms." He pointed out to them the cuts on their arms. "I chose you two as my servants of darkness, both of you have evil in your hearts. And this one will help you seek the revenge you seek." Said Darkspine to Manechilles. "I formally request that you two work together with me to destroy time itself. Can you two work together?"

Manechilles looked at Zycrin warrily. "You will assist me in my revenge earth ridden? You seem to already know me and my past and likely know what I strive for." Manechilles slowly walked up to Zycrin. "I know the eyes of one who seeks and finds blood. You share this passion. I do not trust you or your kind, but I trust your passion earth ridden." He meet the eyes of Zycrin sternly, awaiting a response. "What say you?"

"I think we can help each other". Zycrin was now contemplating all of the new possiblities this new found truce would bring to the table. The thought of What they could do together to kill others drought a smile to Zycrins face. "Where and when do we start"?

A grin crept up Manechilles face. "Well said..." Quickly he turned and bowed courteously to Darkspine, "Give me my legions kinsmen and I shall march to your command." The cruel ambition swelled within his soul as the old remembrance of power flowed through his veins.

"My army is here." Darkspine motions to a large army on a nearby hill. "That enough for the both of you?" Darkspine asked with a smirk.

 

Meanwhile, Light Streak fell to the ground, returned to normal. "Ugh... Blast? Where are you?" He shouted, clearly frightened.

Blast began running and brought Light back up on his hooves. "I'm here. It looks like we're the only ones here. There's no time to waste. We need to get to that tower, quickly." Blast tried running at mach speed, but couldn't quite make it. He was still fast on his hooves, though, as the duo made their way to the tower

Light gasped as he saw the army. Thousand of soldiers, stretching for miles. "So this is what the end looks like." Light said to Blast as he looked at the army with astonishment. He was even more surprised to find Zycrin and Manchilles with Darkspine at the head of the army.

Manechilles nodded, "How shall my vengence be wrought Darkspine?" although, he already knew the answer. "Might I recommend Zycrin's infiltration. He appears to be no fool to the shadows. Earth ridden he may be, but a serpent ready to strike the same." In the corner of his eye, he caught the two lonely ponies that he had left far in the distance. "How do you intend to stop time?"

"The key to ending time lies in those two, and any other heroes of time. Bt if one falls, time falls. Kill one of them, and time is ours!" Shouted Darkspine. "You will lead the army. Zycrin will go first, infiltrating them. Follow behind." Darkspine said with confidence. He knew what was going to happen, but was not going to tell anyone until the right time. Darkspine smirked.

Manechilles bowed again and with a powerful gust of wind flew to the army diligently. "Brothers and sisters of the Ruler of Darkness Darkspine, I come before you as general of your mighty strength! You, the Ten Thousand, shall lead our cause to utter victory!" He grinned with pleasure as his voice boomed out again, "Our target is three mere ponies by the name Light, Blast, and Silver. One, a pegasi like myself, and the others are earth ridden scum. Hunt them down and kill them slowly. Feast upon their souls and bring an end to time itself!" Suddenly, Manechilles raised his hoof high into the air like a champion amongst brethren. "Hail the Ruler of Darkness!"

Silver gasped in alarm upon seeing the gargantuan force of darkspire

He shouted above the roar of the army, "We need to go! NOW!" And shot off. As the group retreated, Silver tried to think of a good place to hole up and plan. "Light! Where can we go?"

"No more hiding! Today we fight! We may be few, and they many, but this will not be our death!" Light shouted. "Blast! Silver! Are you two going to fight with me, or cower in fear? Think of the lives lost because we have up! I see in your eyes the power that would take the heart of me, so I bid to you stand! We can not lose!" Shouted Light, turning toward the dark army.

Blast's jaw dropped at the giant army. "Manechilles! Zycrin! I knew you were up to no good!" He saw Darkspine in the middle, leading the whole pack. "Well, what do we have here? Long time no see, Darkspine. I thought me and Light kicked your sorry butt out of Equestria last time."

While the army amassed in great uproar, Manechilles flew down to the five captains below. "Kill all that stands in your way, but bring me Light alive...in what condition, I leave that upon your shoulders." Without a moments hesitation, he skillfully flew back to Darkspine's side, the burnt grass crunching underneath as he landed. "Those ponies do not seem to cower. This may be easier than already thought. If I may ask, I wish to have my weapons, a javelin and shield worthy of a Storma general."

"Darkspine's not dead yet, but he will be! For our friends, for our lives, for time, and for Equestria, WE FIGHT!" Light shouted as he bean to charge at the army, something forming in his hoof.

"Take your weapons. Do with them what you will." Said Darkspine, giving Manechilles his weapons.

"I hope they understand there is no hope. Only death awaits them." The proud stallion took up his javelin and raised his shield. "I must admire their courage...but if they cared to defeat you Darkspine, why do they fight?" The weapons felt light and familiar as he wielded them. What was Light planning? Either way, he would hold off the charge and play defensive...to be safe. "What are your orders Darkspine?"

Blast stood there and eyed Manechilles. "Manechillen, why do you hide behind an army of a thousand? All you really wanted was for the land of Equestria to be all yours. But, now that you've joined up with Darkspine, you're ruining any chance of that." He said, reminding him of his original plans. "How about you step out of those soldiers and let's fight hoof-to-hoof?"
