So.....my brother introduced me to something that he found on Youtube, which was listed in a Cracked article. He found a couple of old commercials from 1960-70+. Both are meant to sell a product, one being a cereal, the other being a toy. The real product should be FEAR.

True terror. What do you think? What other really creepy commercials do you know of? I know that wasn't the intent of these ads, but, ugh. I don't even have a clownphobia, but that first one gave me chills. The second one, self explanatory.

I can't say I've seen many on TV cuz our censors would get super butthurt and not really that many online but there is this one. It's pretty funny aside from that doll face :s I bucking hate those things dolls are worst pony 

 

although it doesn't hold a candle to how scary the secret baby is O.o dafuq?

I remember when I was younger and I would commonly watch Television alone in my room into the late hours of the night, this commercial would air. It's not like normal commercials, it actually cuts into other commercials. Many nightmares followed.

I remember when I saw this scary commercial, I had a lot of nightmares after I saw this scary commercial. Pretty crazy, if you ask me.

Well this isn't really scary for me, but it scared the bejeebers out of my little cousins cause you know it's The Exorcist. I laughed my butt off at the end though

 

My mom was pretty creeped out after watching this though because we actually had a Dirt Devil vaccum cleaner before we moved so yeah

Yeah, I think almost all those Fruit Gushers commercials were like that.

 

But I've tried some Fruit Gushers in the past, obviously they don't really turn your head into fruit, but they do taste really good, for what it's worth.

Sony's creepy "PS3 Baby" commercial always gave me nightmares whenever I saw it.

For some stupid reason, these commercials scared me as a kid due to the puppet, but when I saw the "Please Don't Go" Pets.com ad, I was no longer scared of them.

i saw this ad on an ad break on YouTube for a Strawberry Shortcake special from the 80's when I was younger (I liked looking at YouTube videos of retro things). It creeped me out a bit...

 

This is not an ad, but it appeared at the beginning of several UK VHS tapes (I watched these kinds of videos on YouTube when I was older.) and I once had a nightmare that ended with the exact audio of this video when I put in a Pokemon VHS I made into some machine.
