"SHADOW! SHUT UP AND GET THE OTHERS OUT OF HERE!" screeched Rain. She could feel herself getting weaker, the life sapping out. "He already got what he wanted-the first member of the next rescue team." She smiled grimly through her pain. "I'd die an unhappy mare if you didn't save everypony...and griffin. Go. Don't worry about me. Prove you're a good pony"

Rain was depressed. The whole time she'd thought this adventure would be fun, exciting, and now here she was...going to die. Starving to death because she got her leg mangled. Unless the timber wolves got her first.

the pony slowly got up and began stumbling about then fell back down, it then began singing

Rain watched, her eyes streaming. "Thank you," she smiled. "Thank you."

The pony was muttering gibberish but she didn't care. "Take him too, Shadow," she smiled. "He could be useful. Discord's gone for now-you need to focus on the others!"

She then spoke to Twister, wincing. "Yeah, he's the one who hypnotized all those ponies. I could have sworn I saw him earlier. Something flew past me and knocked me over, that's how I broke my-" Rain broke of painfully. "Is Riza up? I need some herbs."

"Well to my expereince he cant hurt me. thats was one of my tests. in our last battle that same paper pelted me with magic, it had no effect. thats why I needed to know if he would try to kill me. But we may need to get out of here"

 

He saw the new pony and it looked like Rarity "oh boy" he said sarcasticly.

"His magic is different...like mine. But his only works if he can get the opportunity to use it. No, im not immune but he has no way to use it against me yet."
