"what....S**T" he thought as he flew below rain and grabbed her before she hit the ground

Rain was still waiting, still smiling sadly, as she felt herself stop in midair. She opened her eyes, confused, and saw Shadow. Without a thought she clung to his neck, shivering with fear. She buried herself into him, afraid that if she let go she would fall again.

The shadow pony appeared next to them

 

"you shouldn't do that, your lucky one of my invisible sentries was following you"

 

Just then the other shadow pony uncloaked, still wearing an ninja suit, coldly starring at rain

Rain just turned her head, avoiding looking at the shadow pony as her body racked with sobs.

*Riza opened one eye, and satisfied that Ten was asleep she stood up and drew a blanket over him. She then proceeded to her bag. She took out a large box from the inside and just stared at it, knowing that she would need its contents someday. She just prayed that she wouldn't need it anytime soon. Despite the fact that using the box's contents would honor her mother's memory greatly, she prayed that the need for it would not arise. She knew, that once she returned to her village with Ten that she would need it, but that day was a long way off.*

Why did you follow me?

"Well theres the fact that me and six followed you, but there are two reason to why i did....." he said

Six too? Well, I think I know the reason he did...but why did you?

The shadow pony gasped

 

"you were tring to find my camp wernt you? You cleaver girl!"

"Well because i wanted to make sure your safe.....the other reason i will not tell you" he thought back

"Why do you want me to be safe? What aren't you telling me?" she asked, and she shifted a tiny bit. She felt herself slip a bit and squealed, grabbing his neck tighter so they were only inches apart.

I'm too afraid to let go.

"I'm going to teleport you two back to your camp, the sentry will escort six"

Rain nodded. She just wanted to go back and sit down and finally get some answers.

The shadow pony grabbed both of them and they appeared at the camp

 

The sentry walked up to six coldly staring at him, ready to lead him back to camp

Rain instantly spread herself out on the ground, glad she was no longer in the air. She could feel her face getting hot, remembering herself literally grabbing Shadow, but she tried to ignore that, instead trying to slow her heartbeat.

"Well that was interesting...." he said as he walked to his tent

 

(im going to be off a few hours)

"now I'm going to leave you two, but remember I'm all ways watching and listening"

*Riza heard the other's arrival back at camp and hastily and rather noisily put the large box back into her bag, almost waking Ten in the process. Unfortunately the others noticed the clanging sounds of the metal inside the box.*

Rain followed him, wanting her answers now.

Six had fallen behind since the two had flown too far away. He caught up and was about to call out but froze, he saw Rain and Shadow holding one another, their faces mere inches from one another. His heart dropped like a stone, he only stared, shocked and heartbroken, still hidden from view. He saw the shadow pony once more and Rain and Shadow soon left for the camp, the sentry came for him, he merely glared at it until it left him. It was beginning to rain now, he could feel the first few drops on his head, but he didn't care... <Ahm alone... Ahm always gonna be alone...> he thought as a wave of tears escaped his eyes. He stayed right where he was, not moving.
