Yes, I play it on occasion.

 

But, I do it over my Facebook page.

 

And compared to the full roster I only have a handful of heroes which can be used in combat.

 

Why do you ask?

nah, I though it would be nice to make a post of the game, since it's one of the most popular social games, and it has tons of playable characters in it.

I'm having trouble getting Command Points, and getting the necessary stars is taking quite a while and the roulette usually gives me stuff I already have instead.

hmmmm, don't rely on five starring missions. I recommend mission 4.4 and 12.2, both part of season 1. 4.4 only takes 70 energy to complete it, including epic boss (Magneto, and you need storm for deploy). If you your level is high enough, stick with 12.2, although, despite that the drop rate of CPs is lower than in other chapters, you'll get more overall per energy consumption (20, one for Zemo, and the other for viper, the epic boss, assuming you don't beat the other bosses one by one). JUST DON'T FIVE STAR IT, once you beat Viper, abort mission, and repeat, otherwise beating Zemo will be REALLY HARD, and it'll take much longer to farm

ouch, Mockingbird, She-hulk and Valkyrie as the required deploys for the epic boss..... ouch, and I though the spec ops 3 unforgiving

Just to make sure I understand how this works;

 

Instead of completing it, I just go back to the mission select screen and click 'abort mission' before going back and doing it over again?

you won't gain as much experience, but it'll be much less time consuming and you can use anyone, though, you'll have to be high leveled, I think the default level of them is over 150. If you can't do that, stick to 4.4, and accept energy ONLY as gifts

hell, I got Iceman's Horseman of Death costume, despite my week long absence from the game. Hopefully, I won't have much issues with time in Winter Soldier's spec ops, in case they decide to something like that again
