I own FIFA on Xbox 360 and if anyone else here had it we could try some pro clubs or seasons together!

I've managed an okay record so far on fifa 14 seasons, winning 14 drawing 1 and loosing 3

 

Yet to loose on UT but only played 9 won 9 so far.

I have FIFA 13. and I'll probably be playing it till EA shuts the servers. I've heard good and bad things about 14.  I've decided I don't want it for now.

It took me months to get to DIV 1 on UT and beat it.

 

should I get 14 is it better? is pace still everything?

I have 13 but never really play it anymore.

Fifa 14 has a lot of pros and cons to it, it's far from perfect but it's an improvement for sure.

Pace isn't everything this year I think! It's more about strength and keeping possession..

 

There will always be people who pace abuse in the game though unfortunately..

I used to play EA's FIFA games until 2006. By then, the quality just went down and the games look the same every year except with newer players. 2006 FIFA World Cup was the best of EA's FIFA Games.

I'm terrible at Ultimate team right now XD On Fifa 14 I've hardly got a team. I'm going to try and build up a decent team eventually without spending real money on Fifa points.... That'll be hard.

 

Oh yeah, you're a Brighton fan right? I remember that friendly. Norwich have been very, very poor this season. Good to see Brighton up in the play-offs though, as long as you keep Ipswich out of the promotion spots, I'm happy XD

As long as we are consistent at home then we should make the play offs again this season.. I'm happy with where we are but our home form has been inconsistent so far. Hopefully today was the start of a nice winning run!

Well I can't attest to PES unfortunately since I've never played that series before. But I can safely that the general trend of sports games today is downhill indeed. More about money than entertainment.

Sadly yes.. And it won't change too soon I'm afraid, EA are one of the biggest money grabbers around at the moment.. I'm sure you'd agree with me on that..

 

I'm not sure if you remember the 2002 World Cup? That was amazing.. Every shot, even from halfway with any player always went in! Such a crazy game XD

Dude... that was the first ever soccer game I ever got... The best one ever... You could even score from half across the line if you were China, provided you were on easy mode. Those were the good ole days... The soundtrack was also AMAZING.

That's one thing that's NEVER sucked about fifa, even now the soundtracks are brilliant on the game! Just a pity that the gameplay.. The one thing that matters.. Is broken. It annoys me sometimes how we invest so much money in buying the game, along with the add ons recently and EA can't repay us with a game that actually works!!

Also what team do you all support, I've seen a Norwich fan on here and I always have fond memories of Norwich because we sent you down to league 1 about 7 years ago and then we always beat you, usually a counter attacking goal from Jermaine Johnson (I support Sheffield Wednesday)

I got them both in packs I opened this week.. Which is perfect as I was building a Spanish league team anyway!

Yeah, I regularly play seasons and have a respectable record, I'm in division 4 at the moment.

They're both ridiculously good.. Especially Alves, absolute speed demon!!
