Searing Pain smirked at the katana.
"Nice 'knife'. At least your host's body isn't weak, like Charred Cream here. That's why I have these." She grinned evilly as she held up a hoof to show off her claws. The ends lit up in a white-hot fire.
"S-Searing Pain, p-please let me back out...."
No, I'd rather not. I'm just starting to have fun in this boring old town.

Muddle looked nervously at the katana and searing claws, she looked around and saw a few other ponies shocked in the diner. She turned around and lifted her tomato paste sandwich and tried to ignore the imminent sense of danger she had, but she knew that she couldn't ignore from her problems for much longer.

"Oh Muddle, you shouldn't sit around while these two would like to have a word. Just let me out. I promise to keep body counts to a minimum, and it would be oh so delightful to have speak with these two. You'll do that for me right dear."

A mist started seeping out of the katana. "You know a knife is dull...my katana however can cut diamond" Deranged said as the mist started suffocating a pony and absorbing the shadow it leaves behind. "Its name is Selene when used it can be a mist to kill or a shadow also but its different If me or Equinox uses it" Deranged explained

Searing laughed darkly.
"Interesting," she said as a waiter tried to sneak by. She darted at him and stabbed him with her claws, scorching him with the flames as he screamed at the top of his lungs, and blood gushed from where her claws had gone through flesh.
"Mine are enchanted, they slightly drain my energy, but I don't care." she said, before looking at the waiter, who had crumpled to the ground in pain.
"Hmmm.... I think I'll leave him alive for now. Let him remember the pain he just went through," she said, and turned to look at Muddle.
"Now, I know that you're like us, too. Why don't you let your other side out to join in the fun. i think together we can burn down the entire restaraunt!" She beamed, her murderous insanity making itself very clear in the detached grin.

Muddle took a huge bite out of her sandwich as she pretended neither of them existed.

Turmoil was growing impatient inside Muddle's mind. "Dearie I know you've been through a lot this past day, and I'm 'trying' to be benevolent; but you simply can't test me any longer. Just let me out and go back to sleep."

Muddle shook her head left and right to tell everyone including Turmoil no. She looked at a shocked waiter behind the counter. She smiled and said, "This is really good actually, do you think I could order another?"

"Fine" Equinox said as his mane gained red streaks in his eyes turned purple. "Finally" Deranged said as he took a fedora from a pony and wore it before knocking the pony to the ground and stabbed him in the hoof with a knife on the table. "The screams of terror fill me with joy" Feramged said smiling

"Perfect. We'll be good there to talk," she said. She flew up to the cloud and started making their hide-out.

Searing Pain burst out laughing as Deranged put the fedora on his hat and started killing.
"Yes, their fear is absolutely beautiful, is it not? Their screams are wonderful music to my ears."
She turned to Muddle.
"Hmph. Turns out, my other side isn't the only boring pony here. Perhaps this will let your fun side loose!" she chuckled as she swiped at her hooves, not cutting deep enough to cause much blood, but enough to shock the pony. Grinning, she turned around and pounced on a nearby customer. She stabbed them, scorching them with her fire.
"It won't do you any good to scream... it only makes me more bloodthirsty." she said to the struggling pony.

"Sounds like a plan." Said Light, going to help make the small fort. Suddenly, Light had a thought. Dark, could I use your strength? thought Light. Gladly. thought Dark. Light turned into Dark, and used the strength of Dark to help build the fort. Light changed back after helping.

Muddle felt something warm running down her hoof, and looked towards her right. "I'm... bleeding..." She let out a small scream as her head fell onto her good hoof and rested on the table.

"See, this is what happens when I try to be nice."

Muddle could feel a sharp pain in her head, it felt like it was about to burst. After a few moments she passed out from stress.

"Really, we must learn a civil way to get along."

Muddle slowly got out of her chair, tossing aside the hairband that held her hair together as she stood.

"But then again the uncivil way might just be too much fun." Her hair fell over her left, and the remaining one turned a deep red. She looked at both deranged and searing and, "With that said, which one of you ponies had the audacity to scratch my oh so weaker half."

"Now...I believe we never finished our dance we started before" Deranged sand in a mocking tone. "But it wasn't me who attacked your weaker half....or was it" He said as he looked at Muddle and laughed. "You care so much about her safety but she's weaker...why stay with her" He asked

Turmoil looked at deranged and grinned, "Well I unfortunately don't have a choice, for now." What ever she had thought or said started making her laugh, "As for why I care about my dear host is simple, something before me couldn't protect her." As Turmoil spoke a part of her shadow started latch off and head towards searing while she was talking to a pony.

 

"But perhaps I said to much about me and why I was locked away, and not enough about you." She looked towards searing for a moment and said quietly, "and most certainly not enough about you."

"Well then" Deranged started as he blocked the attack and the Shadow formed around his blade. "You didn't hear me did you....I control shadows with this blade...". Deranged said as he made the mid surround him. "Now...I'll give you 3 seconds to get that in your head alright" He said

Turmoil sighed, "That wasn't meant for you, but no matter." She looked directly at the blade and watched as Shadow sprung forth from it and attempted to strike his hoof. "You may control 'others' shadows, but certainly not mine; and what a shame. I was so looking forward to that dinner. Shadow if you would be so kind." 

 

"I wanted to teach that... mare, a personal lesson."

Deranged stopped the shadow and smiled. "Get off me will you" Deranged said as he threw the shadow back to Muddle. "Listen I can buy you Dinner right now....just don't kill this made at the moment" Deranged said as he brandished the blade and strapped it to his back

Searing grinned again as they fought a bit.
"Your other half's body may be weak, but her mind is not. If I hadn't attacked her, you would still be all locked up. Don't worry, I didn't hurt her nearly enough to kill her. If you couldn't even tell who hurt her, her mind must be strong indeed."
"Oh, did I let it slip that I hurt your precious Muddle?" she feigned guilt. "Ha! I highly doubt you could do anything to me. Besides, like I said, if I hadn't, you'd be all locked up. You should be thanking me."

"At the moment, my three favorite words. That is second to 'after the moment'; and don't worry about disappointing me shadow I know your still weak from that spell you helped cast earlier, but i know you could have handle that wench. I'll just have to use other methods for now."

 

Turmoil's shadow slowly came back towards her and merged back to her own. She glared at searing and said, "I won't be thanking the likes of you, especially after you ruined my hoof." She frowned as she looked at her slightly bleeding hoof. "Since I owe it to Equinox and derange for saving Muddle. I will honor their request and refrain from harming either of you, and I will even overlook that comment about 'not doing anything' from earlier."

"Good now we can all get along with each other" Deranged said. "First agenda....kill every pony in this diner...less you want it in flames" He said as some mist blocked ponies from running. "Now now don't run it will all end soon..." He said with a crooked grin scaring the ponies

Turmoil stared at the roof of the diner in thought for a moment before responding, "Hm... I would feel obliged to help. If you let me keep their shadows." She looked at deranged in an almost innocent way, and said, "Surely you have no use for them. Then I could care less if you both set fire to this eatery and it's inhabitant's."

"Okay you can have the shadows" Deranged said as he killed another pony. "Let's douse the place in gas and lit it a flame" He said as he got a gas tank and poured it on random ponies and everywhere in the place. "Let's go now" He said pouring a trail of gasoline to the outside

Searing scoffed. She had been hoping to fight her.

"Please. It's a few small trails of blood. You'll be fine."

"Alright, I'll work with her, but only for the sake of killing. I'd like to be the one to set this diner ablaze, though." She grinned as Deranged poured gasoline everywhere. She flew around, setting fire to the trail of gasoline and ponies that got in her way. Following Deranged outside, she stayed by the door. The flames had also been enchanted so that she alone couldn't be hurt by them, so she stood near the doorway, ready to kill any survivors.

 

((I'm going to be busy for a few hours, please don't get too far ahead of me.)

Turmoil had no real interest in working with the two, and only wanted the shadows for once 'after the moment' had come. She helped by hold most of the ponies still, and resisting the urge not to destroy the pony who called her wound small.

"What ever those claws are, the wound they made still burns. At least I know one of her tricks, and she barley knows the game I play."

She grabbed an glass of water from one of the tables and poured some of it on her hoof. She couldn't waste shadows on another spell and only expected it to do so much, but the pain seemed to almost completely disappear.

"How interesting."

She grabbed a taller glass to 'drink' and concealed it with her magic as she walked out the door.

Deranged smiled looking at the fire burn before him. "It amazes me how much fun it is too see a flame burn" He said as Equinox watched in horror. "It must be horrible for those ponies" He said kn knowing no one can hear him. "I want to know something...Why do this" Equinox asked getting no answer

Turmoil decided it wouldn't be smart to go and look(she went out of a different door) for where ever sear was 'taking care' of any survivors, yet, and decided she could use this time to set a trap. Before she could start she saw Deranged starring at the fire from a short distance away. It felt off to her how searing wasn't in sight, and thought she would be double crossed.

"Fools! There's no way I'm going to be caught off guard that easily." She stayed low and tried to spy on what he was doing.
