Apple Rest - a landscape

I decided to tackle a landscape tonight! Here we have Applejack taking a break beneath an apple tree overlooking some hills and mountains. This piece allowed me to practice some new (to me) drawing techniques and some brushes - smudge and synthetic fan - that I had never used before.

This was an absolute blast to draw! I hope that you enjoy it as much as I did while working on it!
