Well, I took the picture that you posted and the one of your OC, I noticed that they were the same as Luna's mane and tail, so I used a vector of that from S1. Then I just recolored and adjusted and that was it. I also took the liberty of making a revamped cutie mark.

I used Paint.NET.

I probably know what it is but i just did not know it was spelt that way
