No, he knows it's Moonlight though alicorns don't really age and he's at a distance so he can't really see the scars.  Overall it is hard to identify which Moonlight it is.

I've been playing STALKER and I've come to a realization... Fallout as a series is fundamentally boring. Once you reach your end-game god status, you just walk around and shoot things. In STALKER, things stay a threat throughout the game, and I wish Fallout did that.
