The soldiers couldn't believe it. They were ready for a move on, and now they have to stay for a while longer. The Northern Union soldiers halted. They stranded there for a while, their black uniform and plate armor not making a single sound or movement.

"Yea, the 13th street should still be under friendly control," the soldier said.

The engineers were chattering but stopped and looked at End Game. The secretary wondered where, and the President stepped into the D2 room before speaking, "I heard you say Nuclear launches End Game. Where?"

Several readouts flash in front of End Game's eyes, "Target was... Lower Neighvarro... High-yield munitions, thankfully not multiple-reentry... Wait, whoever launched those is a fucking psychopath! Obviously they don't know what happens when clouds become radioactive... If you're planning on operating near the wasteland, I'd recommend you prepare your units for heavily radioactive rain."

Blacklight was still uncertain about the new pony and was just about to talk to him when he suddenly heard....And casualty reports are ranging into the thousands as rescue workers are still finding bodies after a devastating and unprovoked nuclear attack in Southern Neighvarro...Blacklight quickly located the source of the broadcast coming from a nearby spritebot, and quickly flying over and dragging it as back to the group as he yelled, " Everypony, quiet!" as the broadcast continued....​Enclave officials are still unsure as to who is behind the attack but have determined it came from a area known as "the Divide". Here is part of a speech from president Eden addressing this horrible incident, "...This day will live in infamy as the day that the Enclave was cowardly attacked by suface terrorists that attacked without reason or warning. Let it be reassured that we will do everything in our power to being these terrorists to justice!...(Crowd cheering)" He later went on to adressed the new rationing and draft laws as a result of this attack. Our hearts today go the those who lost their lives and their loved ones...Blacklight let the spritebot go as it wandered away as he stood in shock of what he just heard, " That bastard...That bastard..." he repeated as he stood in shock

Draco arrived at New Pegas an hour after his little episode. Draco looked at Dust and Ember "You new here?" Draco asked the ponies. Draco looked nonchalant about it as he looked at Blacklight. "What's wrong with him?" Draco asked slightly as he went to go into his home.

Ember Char ran to the side of the pitch black Pegasus. "Don't worry we'll do . . . something." Ember sighed, he was never the one to make any friends, granted he wanted friends, it's just, it's so hard to find friends now. "Pardon me being rude but, who are you?" he looked at the pitch black Pegasus with two dice as his cutie mark. "Not trying to be rude or anything just, I only know Blackjack." I then looked at this pony right in front of us. "Hello. Me yeah, I'm new here. What about you? Eh . . . he's just had some issues. That's all." Ember grumbled. "What's your name?" He asked just showing how he wishes to make friends in this apocalyptic-wasteland.

Ms. Maple looked at the troops then Cryptical code, she spoke, "Ah General, been a long time."

Cryptical Code stared, recognizing that tone and physical appearance, "Ms. Maple." The two stared, one of them raising one of their eyebrows.

 

The communication center of the facility listened in on the Enclave broadcast. They listened in diligently until the broadcast ended. They recorded it several times, making sure to pick up on every detail.

 

The Salcolt siege was still raging on as neither side tried to gave in.

Further east, the second Enclave ship was being fired on. Both battles were chaotic and disorganized.

Draco just chuckled at Ruby's voice. "I have securitrons with lead inside them going to deal with the problem. The Jacobs town alicorns will thank me for this," Draco said as he looked at Ruby. "Do you think I wouldn't do something like this without a plan?" Draco asked. "Honestly I gave the agents a warning they didn't head it. It' on their head that they didn't withdraw,"

"Oh come on! I have gotta get new armor!" he exclaimed tossing the filly off him. "I AM NOT A RAIDER!" he shouted way over his usual voice. "I'll just you're either Moonlight or Rampage?" he got to his hooves and dusted off himself. He was somewhat getting tired of being called a raider. But, he expected as much from the fact he's wearing raider armor.

Blacklight was snapped out of his stupor when the stallion asked for his name, though he completely ignored him as he glared at Draco with pure rage in his eyes as he yelled, " Draco, you bucking bastard!!" He had barely said the last word a he flew full speed into Draco and began viciously beating Draco as he shouted in-between punches, " You bastard...their were thousands of innocents you killed....entire families...I will kill you!"

It wasn't long for the 5th army to start moving after reequipping themselves. The 5th army is also bringing a large number of supplies and engineers to build a moderate sized fort. It'll take them a while, but it shouldn't take them very long to start moving.

 

"How has the Northern Union been?" Cryptical Code asked calmly.

"Very good, however, your troops are missing you," Ms. Maple replied.

Would they give you the same treatment that they afford their own?" Draco asked. "I don't think so Blacklight. Grow the hell up little colt this is the wasteland not some childish dream land," Draco said coldly to the stallion as he walked towards Blacklight. He drew his trench knife. "So you want to fight hmm Blacklight? Tell me can you survive?"

The latter will take a bit longer, but I have a feeling it will give everypony the edge they need in any upcoming war."

The fifth army was exactly 20mi away from New Pegas when 750,000 of the army split to build a large fort at a large passage to the North.

 

"The longer time version please, I have enough patience," the President responded.

Blacklight struggled against the spell, only his rage keeping him awake as he shouted in a quieter voice, " You don't get it....do you. Those ponies you killed, they knew nothing of what was going on here...they were completely innocent and you killed them....and now the only thing you've accomplished is strengthen the government instead of weakening it..." Blacklight trailled off, having nothing more to say to Draco as he glared at him

Draco asked "War is declared once more but this time it will be a slaughter," Draco said as he once more activated the fortification hill bunker where the army of securitrons are made began to whirl to life. "Oh and that radiation should only be in that cloud system not any others," Draco said plainly, "In the end I am a monster made by my environment. They are diseased too you know corruption in their ranks and hearts," Draco said.

 

"They wouldn't show you the same mercy dashite,' he said plainly. He heard the conformation of the securitrons had lassoed the clouds and were bringing them to a safe distance from New Pegas to jacobs town.

Majestic Bloom just stared at the scene. Just chill? How can one chill when one had just heard that thousands had just instantly, disappeared?

 

The detachment of the 5th army moved closer, some of them saw the clouds moving. Which was strange since they expected the entire area to be blanketed, which was a sharp contrast to the Upper North. The army was around 5mi away, far enough to see.

"Well then tell your president I know of a different way," Draco said as his eyes beneath his helmet spoke of mischief.

She's requesting permission to launch a counterattack and destroy the launchers."
