Derpy: A clumsy version of Batman, not to bash her or anything.

I'd give Vinyl the powers of Dazzler from the X-Men- the ability to manipulate soundwaves into light.  I think this would go with her club style music act.

 

Derpy would obviously have the ability to create bubbles  (you know the sound clip...)

Time Turner: Super intelligence and expertise in Venusian Karate. He would promptly spend the rest of the story arguing that he already had both of those. He also has a utility belt that's bigger on the inside. Anybody else imagine him in a getup like the Spirit, except with a long red scarf instead of a tie?

 

Vinyl Scratch: Mech suit similar to Iron Man's, but with hoof-held base cannons instead of repulsar rays.

 

Octavia: Super strength and an iron bass that she will bonk enemies over the head with.

 

Golden Harvest: Poison Ivy's control over plants and stuff.

 

Bon Bon: Invisibility.

 

Lyra: Fingers.
