Sole saw the injured pony and instantly became serious "looks like someone went into the everfree without being prepared. So what attacked you? Hydra? Dragon?" He asked casually, pulling his hat more firmly upon his feathered head. He had seen many attacks like this, but it still could've been anything that attacked him.

*Stops in front of the wolf and allows himself to lean up against him for support, he grins sheepishly and replies* Yeah, if you wouldn't mind, it's only a couple of puncture wounds nothing to serious *Smirks over at Lightning Bliss* I'm pretty sure i've been through worse   *Groans a little as the wolf helps him over to a comfy looking leather sofa, his ears perk up and he shoots a glare over at the Gryphon, he holds the gaze for a second or two, snorts and turns his head away as if he didn't hear the question, he sits down and waits for the wolf to return, he nods to Bliss and asks* Would you mind getting me some apple juice sis?  

 

*He sat back down against the leather chair with a groan and smiled happily over at Bliss as she trotted over to the bar, trying not to draw attention to herself, he sighed happily even though his leg still pained him quite alot. He felt so happy so see her again and to finally see Night Lights again, he hoped they could work out some way to see each other more often*

 

*Holds his injured leg against his chest and gazes around the room, chucking a little as he watches the other ponies go about their business, he slumps further back into the chair lazily, licking his good hoof and using it to brush his mane back into position, after hes done he scoops up some crisps from the table and munches on them as he waits for her to return* 

 

*As he munches thoughts of his mare fill his head again, he smiles wondering on how shes getting along and what shes doing at the moment, he guessed judging by the time she would be out eating somewhere in the gryphon hub with her family* *Lets out a content sigh as the cold begins to leave him, he almost drifts off in the chair as thoughts about his wedding fill his head, making his both excited and nervous*

When he put the stallion down, Seth ran into the back room and grabbed his med kit and walked to the injured pony. Opening the kit up, he pulled out a needle and injected the leg with the drug. Tossing the syringe back in, He pulled out a tube of a translucent gel and applied it to the effected areas. He then pulled out some medical bandages and began to rap the leg.

Sole glared back at him "well, looks like somepony is flankhurt. I'm trying to help you out here, I've been in the everfree hundreds of times; if you were attacked I could probably help. Now... What were you attacked by?" He asked again. He wasn't about to get the silent treatment, he hated that.

*After grabbing some water and a bit of food, leaving the money on the counter for Seth, she turned her head towards what appeared to be the nosey gryphon. Her nostrials flared at what she proceeded as cockiness, but did her best to ignore it and to be proper...knowing she didn't want to draw attention to herself or Skylar.*

We are fine thank you... *she snorted at the gryphon as she trotted back with the cup and plate of food for Skylar* We had some...I had some business to attend to there. Skylar was just keeping me company to make sure I didn't get into trouble. We had a small run in with a timber wolf...but he was able to fend it off quite easily. Just got a little scratched up thankfully. *She nuzzled him proudly* We can handle ourselves just fine. Thank you for your concern good gryphon.

*She watched eagerly as Seth got to work on mending Skylar's injury and whispered* It's not that bad is it? Sorry for making sucha fuss, the timber wolf kinda surprised us is all, but he got more then what he bargain for battling Skylar! *Feeling the gryphon Sole was still watching them, she proceeded to add in * Look we know whats in the Everfree forest...we're not completely clueless... its just I had an important thing to do there. I'd avoid that forest most of the time but it was an emergency. Anyways, so sorry for the trouble once again, I'll happily pay for your help. *Her ears went back, feeling guilty under her cloak and hood for getting Skylar mixed up in this mess*

Sole sighed, sensing thing were getting uncomfortable. "Fine, just hope you guys are more careful next time. Sorry for interrupting." He said with a tilt of his hat, before deciding he'd get some fresh air. With a yawn he got up and stepped outside, wondering what he'd do next.

*Nuzzles her, he senses her guilt and licks her nose gently* *Whispers* It's okay Sis, it was an honor to be able to protect you again, I would go through a thousand injuries and wounds to keep you safe  *He sits back and closes his eyes, wincing as the wolf applied the gel to his leg, the injection made him feel light headed and a bit woozy but did it's job in numbing the pain, he opened his eyes groggily , his hoof shaking a little as he grabbed the glass and sipped at the apple juice to help himself stay awake* You don't need to feel ashamed, 

 

*Looks away towards her as he begins dabbing around the wound, cleaning the excess blood away before proceeding to rip off a strip of bandage carefully with his teeth he began tying the bandage around his leg, making him whimper a little, he nuzzles into Bliss for support, grinning a little as he spoke shakily*  You know, strange as it seems I really miss our little 'adventures', of course though this was a diplomatic issue, I just mean that I still very much have that adventurous side in me, we (referring to him and callette) are just getting settled down first then we plan to travel around alot for a while, but we will be stopping back at our home in between trips  

 

*Gasps as seth tightens the bandage and his head swims a little, he leans onto her shoulder*   Urghhhh  -_-  *Opens one eye and catches sight of the Gryphon leaving, looking a little frustrated, he gives a small sigh and nuzzles into her more, just enjoying being in her company again*

StarShine looked in her bag she forgot her book were she left it... Beside Volt. She Vince's cause it was a library book. She turned around to go get it but then desired not to. Maybe Volt would find her and give it back. She didn't know. But she kept walking home in the rain.

StarShine sat in the library reading another book. The rain was still falling. Her eyes glued to yet another adventure book. It was a Daring do book! She giggled as Daring Do fell into a mud pit full of crocodiles. Her thick rimmed glasses slowly falling and she readjusted them.

Tying off the last bandage, Seth pulled out a bottle of disinfectant and rubbed his paws clean of the blood. Packing the rest of the gear back up, the wolf wiped the brow of his head with a free leg.

 

"Sorry for the short notice with all the med stuff. You had an artery that was about to burst. As I began to work on it, it did. The gel should have sealed it off ok though. You lose a fair amount of blood, but you should be fine as long as you stay off the leg for tonight and let the biogel take it,s coarse. The name is Seth by the way." Looking up at the two, Seth couldn't help but ask. "So I couldn't help but overhear that you are also diplomats. Excuse my asking, but are you siblings or lovers?"

" I'm sure you wont have to dude." Brechard takes both pints (don't ask how) to an empty table and places them just before sitting. "Ahh, time to enjoy the night." He says just before taking a sip of the first pint. As the ice cool beer touches his lips he gets a sensation across his body as if blood has gone cold. He continues to drink half the glass. The feeling slowly goes away as his body temperature lowers and he finishes of the first beer.

Starshine smiled and blushed. She turned towards him and said "Thank you! This means a lot!" She hugged him and accepted the book with grace and thankfulness. She smiled, nodded and walked back to her reading spot. Once again getting sucked into a book.

*He shakes his head groggily and blushes slightly, grinning at him* Oh no no, Bliss has been married for years now to her Wyvern dragon husband Night Lights who is also a very good friend of mine     I myself have recently got engaged to my mare Callete, we have been together for about 2 and a half years now and we have been engaged for about two months.  *Takes another sip from their apple juice and carries on speaking*  Me and Bliss are very close friends, we have shared alot together and we see each other as brother and sister though we have no actual blood relation. 

 

*He looks down at his leg and gasps a little* I didn't realize it was so serious, thanks for helping out you really seem to know your stuff  *Nods at the wolf and grins at Bliss* I don't think we will be going anywhere soon, we've had a pretty rough time today and now I think we just want to chill out without any fuss or drama * Scratches his chin for a few seconds before asking* Do you serve any food here? Nothing big I still feel pretty woozy after... whatever it was you gave me, just a small snack would be nice * Sinks back into the chair, and holds his leg up against his chest again, trying to ride out the woozy feeling in his head*

*Her ears went up faster then she could control them, throwing her hood up in the process exposing her horn. Abruptly she kicked Skylar in his good leg, hissing at him and whispered though Seth could still hear* I thought I made it clear we weren't to talk about me being married to a dragon! Or at least refer to Nights as a pony!!! *She started to hyperventilate a moment or two* Not all ponies are for inter species marriage after all Skylar...remember what nearly happened on our wedding day??? Total war between Nights mother and her clan leader dragons against the Eastern Gryphon Empire!!!

 

*She chugs the rest of the apple juice, realizes her hood was over her shoulders* OH HORSE APPLES *flings it back over her head and keeps her head down hoping no pony or wolf, or gryphon saw* *Sighs* ....Stupid me...stupid stupid stupid...*her wings flutter with furstration*

Seth inspected his handiwork again, then turned back to the two.

 

"Don't worry. I'll keep any secret you two have to my grave." Seth said, overhearing the little tiff. "We all have a few skeletons in our closet. Look at me, I'm a wolf tending a bar. If you think this is the weirdest story I've heard, get in line." Seeing he was probably overstepping a line, Seth excused himself and walked to the back room to get started on some fried pineapple.

*Nuzzles into the soft fabric and smiles happily,  looks at seth and as he walks out and says* Thank you friend, it means the world to us     *Looks up at bliss still looking flustered, he nips her nose and grins* Comon Sis, lets just try and relax okay?   *Zaps her nose gently making her sneeze a little, he grins naughtily*
