What tech level do you have the humans cap'd at? If near-ish future is allowed, I still have two of my colonial marine OC's I would love to use.

Well the year IS 3000. So high tech weapons are invented i guess :)

What made Celestia do that? What was the big deal in our world that lead to that decision? I need to know that because it is gonna help me pick a human character.

I'd say that it was economy and poverty pain. Including terrorism with the current technology, and don't forget the world pollution.

Ya, but the only thing the humans will do in this Rp is mess things up, destroy everything. And don't forget the anger the actual humans will have, they will want revenge, so they'll go out guns blazing.
